FEES & SESSIONS

I offer individual therapy to adults aged 18 or over. This can be provided as online sessions across the UK and face to face sessions in Leicester city centre. As a therapist, my role isn’t to offer advice, but to help you gain deeper insight into your inner world and the way you relate to your surroundings. Through this increased awareness, you can feel more empowered, more in tune with yourself, and better equipped to make meaningful choices.
LENGTH OF WORK:
You’re in control of the pace and duration of the work we do together. I offer short term or long term therapy and work in an open ended way. How long you attend therapy with me will be down to your individual needs and preferences. Your goals and what you bring will shape this. Some concerns can be addressed in short term work, while others may require longer-term work that could last months, or even years.
LOCATION:
I work from two locations LE1 & LE8;
CLOCK CHAMBERS THERAPY ROOM;
I work from Clock Chambers Therapy Rooms for face to face sessions. The Clock Chambers Therapy Rooms are located in The Space to Breathe Collective, which is a wellbeing co-operative that aims to create a community of care and to carry on activities which foster collective wellbeing. I find that this is a great location for my private practice space, which offers calm and tranquility away from the busy city centre. Having the space conveniently located in Leicester City Centre, giving you access to car parking, cafes & is in close proximity to the train station, which is only a 10 minute walk away. This creates for you the flexibility to fit therapy into your busy schedule.

BLABY CIVIC CENTRE;
Working from Blaby Civic Centre offers a private and confidential environment designed specifically for face to face talking therapies. As part of the trusted Reflections Therapy Alliance, this room hosts our newly expanded "Reflect and Grow" service, which I have joined as an independent therapist. The building has accessibility features, including step-free access, a lift and wheelchair-friendly facilities.
Please be aware that there are barriers installed at the entrance of the civic centre. There is no available parking for clients onsite unless you have a recognised disability. There is convenient pay-and-display parking available nearby at Villers Court on Enderby road or next to the public house, the Fox & Tiger on Leicester Road or a little on street parking in side streets and the centre is easily accessible via local bus routes. Please leave a little extra time to take into account the short walk from your car to the civic centre.
When you arrive for your appointment, you can buzz 'Reflect and Grow' on entering the main doors. Please do not arrive any more than 5 minutes before your appointment time as I will not respond to the buzzer whilst in with another client.
